Ingredients: one bag cooked frozen large shrimp 41-60 count
Ketchup
Extra Hot horseradish
Lemon juice
Shrimp:
Allow frozen shrimp to thaw in refrigerator one day
Drain and rinse; blot with paper towels
Cocktail sauce:
Mix 14oz of ketchup with four ounces of extra hot Inglehoffer horseradish chopped root (not sauce) mix with a few drops of lemon juice. Too hot? Add a little more ketchup. Go easy on the lemon juice. Enjoy!
